After over a decade of diverse and challenging roles focusing on Qualified Retirement plans with various industry leading companies like Paychex Retirement Services, Merrill Lynch and ADP Retirement Services, Adrian turned his focus to helping employers protect and grow their businesses through his own start-up companies, iPay Solutions
After over a decade of diverse and challenging roles focusing on Qualified Retirement plans with various industry leading companies like Paychex Retirement Services, Merrill Lynch and ADP Retirement Services, Adrian turned his focus to helping employers protect and grow their businesses through his own start-up companies, iPay Solutions and iPlan Retirement, ultimately selling iPay Solutions to Sure Payroll, (a Paychex company) in late 2014.
He has since been expanding his knowledge base and consulting skills by moving into new areas of business expertise in various leadership roles at other companies, most notable as Director of Business Development at The Powers Company, a leading niche Management Consulting firm.
His latest venture was starting-up a Recruiting, HR and Business Consulting company called Synergy Recruiting. Now positioned to better assist clients from an unbiased and holistic position, he joined forces with Michael Lucco to launch Consulting Group of America, LLC in 2021.
